Chipav technology offers video presentor solution about the main IC-CV1860 which processes image. This IC can directly receive digital signal such as 656 from the front Sensor IC, then it is processed all kinds of image through Scalering, and last it converts to analog VGA signal output through internal DAC. This IC is for video presentor to offer Frame rate detection, convert frame rate and Higher-order functionsm, so it can effectively separate flawed frame rate in order to get max quality image compared with external FPGA.

Nowadays, CV1860 can direct process the digital signal such as 8bit 656/601/1120, 16bit 601, or even 24bit YUV/RGB signal. The highest resolution ratio of digital input can achieve 1920x1080, and the main scaler can support 1080P60 Scaling. The analog VGA output's resolution ratio can also 1920x1200. The internal TV Encoder supports CVBS and SV output, and its analog VGA output and digital output can convert when resolution ratios are the same!

CV1860 already has a internal OSD with full function, so users need to save Chinese and English words or pictures as file through dot matrix graphical.When this file and software combine into external MCU FLASH, when software rejects to Memory through power, OSD can represent full screen and move any place on screen. Moving OSD,this solution can direct reject to the coordinates, so it is unnecessary to refresh pixel.

CV1860 need a external MCU to control, so this MCU which is normal 51 system works through I2C. MCU's FLASH depends on OSD's complexity. In general, CV1860 has all kind of setting ares about 4K.

CV1860 need to external Memory, its specification is 4x32 bit 8M byte SDRAM, and dominant frequency is 160MHZ.

CV1860 is the highest 1080P60HZ level full-speed operation's power consumption about 1.5W. The temperature of surface chip is 37 degree without external heat sink, and it supports 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
